長春黃金設計院工程建設管理有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)成立于1994年，為中國黃金集團有限公司所屬長春黃金設計院有限公司的全資子公司，是獨立核算、自主經營的法人實體，注冊資金960萬元。公司具有國家礦山工程監理甲級和房屋建筑工程監理甲級、冶煉工程監理乙級、地質災害治理工程監理乙級等資質。公司通過了ISO9000體系認證，具有完善的質量管理體系、環境管理體系和職業健康安全管理體系。為中國建設監理協會會員、吉林省建設監理協會和長春市監理協會理事單位。

　　Established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changchun Gold Design Institute Co., Ltd. under China National Gold Group Co., Ltd. in 1994, Changchun Gold Design Institute Engineering Construction Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) is a legal entity that conducts business accounting and management independently with a registered capital of RMB 9.6 million. The Company holds the Class-A Qualification Certificate for National Mine Engineering Supervision, the Class-A Qualification Certificate for Building Engineering Supervision, the Class-B Qualification Certificate for Smelting Engineering Supervision and the Class-B Qualification Certificate for Geological Disaster Control Engineering Supervision. With complete quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management systems, the Company has been awarded an ISO 9000 Certification. The Company is a member of China Association of Engineering of Consultants, and a council member of Jilin Association of Engineering Consultants and Changchun Association of Engineering Consultants.

　　工程管理公司現有職工約125人，其中教授級高級工程師和高級工程師20余人，工程師40余人;40余人分別獲得國家監理工程師、一級建造師、咨詢工程師、造價工程師、安全工程師等注冊資格。工程管理公司依托長春黃金設計院有限公司,通過27年的發展建設，形成了適應市場經濟需求的專業配套、人員結構合理的技術骨干隊伍，具有承擔國內外大型礦山工程、房屋建筑工程、冶煉工程監理、地質災害治理以及相應類別建設工程的工程咨詢、工程監理、項目管理、生產運營能力。

　　Since its inception, the Company has provided construction supervision services for over 300 mining projects and civil construction projects in 31 provinces and cities in China, as well as some other countries and regions. In terms of mine engineering supervision, the Company has provided supervision and project management services for more than 100 gold mines of different scales and with different processes, taking the lead in the non-ferrous industry. The representative projects undertaken by the Company, which are featured by complicated processes and advanced technology, with a great influence on domestic and foreign non-ferrous industries, include the Wunugetu Mountain Copper-molybdenum Mine in Inner Mongolia, the Jiama Copper-Polymetallic Mine in Tibet, the Sanxin Mine in Hubei, the Shaling Gold Mine in Shandong and the Zhongyuan Gold Smelter in Henan. The Company has provided project management services for the construction of a 3,000t/d project of Gansu Tianshui Hongshi Mining Industry Co., Ltd. The building engineering supervision projects undertaken by the Company involve underground works, villas, multi-story residential buildings, meeting venues, intelligent business buildings, laboratory buildings, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, shopping malls, pharmaceutical factories, general industrial plants, etc. Guangming Building, 21st Century International Business Headquarters, Vanke Yangpu Garden, Vanke Tanxi Villa, Vanke Whistler Town, Yitian Fenglu Community, Southern B Block of Yitian Yushui Community, Changchun No. 72 Middle School, Yanji “Yanxifu”, Shaanxi Jinlifu County and some other representative projects undertaken by the Company are high-end building products built with complicated structures and advanced technology and have become city landmarks, winning trust and praise from the Owner. The Soremi Polymetallic Mine in Pointe Noire, the Kuru-Tegerek Project in Kyrgyzstan, the Upper Kumarg Gold Mine in Tajikistan and some other projects undertaken by the Company were successfully completed with unanimous praise from the Owner, creating good industry reputation and social reputation for the Company.
